Another Monday. And the last one of August. The last day of August, in fact. Which is kind of like saying the last day of summer (if you ignore the fact that summer actually runs pretty much through September... as most of us do). Which is also saying this is my last breakfast of summer. Which is pretty sad. Luckily, I tend to make even more breakfasts in the fall and winter because there’s less going on and more reason to be in a warm kitchen. Positive thoughts here!
