This year, I resolve to become a better cake decorator. Which also means a better cupcake decorator. Which also means I'll be devouring a lot of cupcakes in 2012. And I'm OK with that. My new cupcake papers that my sister and brother-in-law got me for Christmas proclaim the perfect New Year's resolution. One I think we can all handle. I'm also resolving to learn how to make the perfect pain au chocolate and to bake more bread. And to make at least 20 new cocktails and to improve my photography enough to get at least 30 of my photos
