Orange Ground Beef is my super successful attempt at making an easier ground beef version of orange chicken, a popular fast-food Chinese-American dish. It’s basically orange-flavored ground beef and it’s REALLY good. This Asian-inspired dish has a bright, sweet, spicy and citrusy flavor. The sauce is made with fresh orange juice, which reduces into a thick glaze-like sauce that coats the ground beef.
