Even though kids drive you crazy when it comes to their favorite food, as a parent we always have to make sure to feed them healthy and nutritious food. Adults aren’t very different either and when it comes to going back to school all ages want the tastiest food ever……because……we are all stressed. Because…..we have to complete our homework……prepare for semester……perform outstanding…..most of all we don’t have time to cook…… and so on……as a consequence…… fat loaded unhealthy eating becomes an excuse.
