Antioxidant blackberry smoothie

Antioxidant Blackberry Smoothie is not only refreshing but is tremendously healthy too. It has a combination of fresh blackberries, unsweetened almond milk, some dates (as sweetener) and plant based protein plus fiber hemp seeds. It’s my most desirable breakfast. However, I enjoy it as my post workout replenishment. Since its summer, so hydration is the top priority. However, hydrating nutritiously is more justifiable for a good health. So what can be a better option than a homemade fresh smoothie? When it comes to smoothies I prefer my homemade smoothie. This way I know my ingredients and its nutritional value too.
