In India fritters and chai is a common evening snack during rainy season. The aroma of chai and hot fritters out of the wok is mind blowing. Every time it rains here in Seattle I imagine the aroma of hot fritters. Hmmmm. One evening when it was raining here in Seattle and it was windy I made Indian ginger chai and was craving for warm moist fritters. Yum! I can actually smell them right now or maybe I am imagining while writing. But my nose is working on the aroma of fritters. Hahaha. :) But as
