What is Purple Kale? Good question, when I saw this beautiful and attractive purple kale I was super excited but kept wondering about its taste and some exciting ways to include these nutrient dense leaves.     Coming to our original question Purple Kale is another type of Kale which is edible and found in cooler climates. Its taste is not very different from the regular kale but the stems are tougher and the leaves appear to be strong. Sometimes when cooked this purple kale changes its color to bright green and if eaten raw its purple color is maintained.
