I've found that whenever you set out to make something, there are ingredients, and there are Ingredients. Sometimes...actually almost all of the time...using the best ingredients for whatever you are cooking up can turn the ordinary into the kind of meal that you eat slowly and with your eyes closed because it is just that good. Take this little tomato and cheese sandwich that I recently made for dinner, for example.
