Asian salmon burgers with sesame slaw

This recipe: definitely a keeper! I've always been skeptical of salmon burgers... the ones I've made in the past have been iffy and just tasted funny. But not these. Delicious!! The slaw is great too... both on the burger and on the side. Emeril, you've done us good! Asian Salmon Burgers with Sesame Slaw Makes 4 burgers. Recipe from Emeril.
