Easy ham and cheese quesadillas with pepperoncinis

They combine the comfort I find in a grilled ham and cheese sandwich with the ease of making a quesadilla and the addition of the pepperoncinis add a little excitement. They have that perfect combo of salt and tang, with a little sweetness from the ham.
