It might remind you of something I did, Buddha bowl maybe? To me, it’s almost the same things except in this one you have a sauce with the rice and lentil, the other one -only- have the dressing. When I made this bowl, I made it a bit too spicy, okay, tbh it’s was really REALLY spicy. My mouth was on fire -literally-. BUT it did NOT stop me from stuffing my face with this delish food! On the website I found the recipe on, it says you can make four servings with it. It only lasted for two. Ummmmm, maybe I eat too much? I don’t know.
