Soya Chunk's Bhurji can be made by soaking soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, squeezed and then can be made with onion tomato gravy or as a dry snack coated in onion garlic sauce. In this recipe, we are making a very simple, basic bhurji with just onion, tomato dry masala. Soya chunks are cut into larger chunks as opposed to grinded in a blender.
