These date balls with coconut and pistachio are made out of eggs, dates and butter. You can shape them in any way you like! The best part is hiding a little surprise in the middle, like a nut or a candied cherry. To coat, use coconut shavings and crushed pistachios. Other nuts also work very well, such as hazelnut.
