Venison kebabs are amazing straight off the grill, but you can oven grill these skewers too. Marinated in a jerk spice rub, it's a perfect balance of flavours. Other spice rubs work well too, so don't be afraid to use your favourite one. Add any vegetables of your liking. Try chicken, lamb, pork and prawns too!
