Devils on horseback
Devils on horseback are what some people call a must when catering for parties. They consist of some dried fruit, usually prunes or dates, which are then wrapped in bacon. You can also substitute and make the devils on horseback with Parma ham. Don't forget the goat's cheese filling. My version includes prunes!
