Papas arrugadas
Papas Arrugadas, meaning “wrinkled potatoes” in Spanish, is a typical Canarian dish found across the islands. They are best enjoyed with the typical mojo verde or mojo rojo - which are basically a coriander green sauce and a hot pepper red sauce. You can also enjoy them on their own with another dip of your liking.
