Makai Ka Soweta is a lamb and sweetcorn curry from the Rajasthan region in India. It's basically a lamb shoulder in lamb stock, garlic paste, yogurt and fresh ginger and coriander. Of course you'll need ghee, cardamom pods, bay leaves, cloves, onions and chillies as well. Spices include: turmeric, cumin and coriander.
