Hailing from Rajasthan in India, Laal Maas is a fiery lamb dish chilli lovers adore. If you are not so keen on chilli and high heat intensity, simply take the chillies out and make a mild version which is equally delicious. Serve with rice or nanns. Don't forget to serve it with a cooling agent such as a mint yoghurt.
