Smoked salmon terrine is similar to a pâté.The terrine is made up of smoked salmon prepared in advance with other ingredients such as cream cheese and chives. It is set in a wrap of delicately sliced salmon. Allow to set and cool in a container. Once ready, cut it into thin slices and serve with bread or a side salad.
