Porcini mushroom rubbed rump steak

A beautiful cut of rump steak coated with a delicious rub. For the rub, you'll need porcini mushrooms, thyme, salt and pepper. Together, they offer a well-balanced flavour and give the rump steak a certain edge. Best served immediately with a side garden salad. You can also pair the rump steak with heavy red wine.
