A nice cut of beef fillet. Pan-fried to your desired cook. Best recommended at medium-rare. Served with a side of garlic and mustard butter. You'll need whole grain Dijon mustard for this recipe, but you can substitute with other brands as well. Serve with grilled or pan-fried vegetables as well for a complete meal.
