This pizza-like, thin, round dish, topped with herbs and minced meat also known as Turkish Pizza, Lahmajun and Lahmajoon, is very famous in Turkey. The smell, the taste and the healthy ingredients in Lahmacun impress me so much that it quickly became my all-time favorite Turkish dish. I love it so much that every time when we travel, I look for Turkish restaurants that serve Lahmacun.
