Those who know our family know that it's no secret we are a "Big Lebowski House" around here. That means multiple wall decor items related to The Dude, apparel, mugs, action figures (yes, they have action figures!) and of course, White Russians appear on a semi-regular basis. Since we do more and more plant-based tweaks in our life (and I have a high dairy sensitivity as well) I wanted to find a great dairy-free version of one of our favorite cocktails and so I decided to try it with some cashew cream since it's pretty thick and creamy which makes it a great replacement for the traditional half-and-half in the classic version (and it's vegan as well!).
