Hello guys! It’s a very hot summer here in Bulgaria….. I came back 2 months ago after spending almost 6 years in London. It’s a shock… cultural…. financial…. and the weather is so different…. But it’s so good to be home! I have more time for the important things in life. I spent the last 2 months traveling. I visited so many places… I really forgot how many different rooms I slept in. But it’s fun. It’s so good to restart your brain and body. I haven’t been posting here that much, but I really needed to put myself together and I am ready now. Here I am with another amazing recipe. This is my favorite so far. That was like 4 months ago, in London, on a day off. I had some friends coming to my house and I decided to cook something special that they won’t forget.
