Hello food lovers! Welcome back to our page. As some of you already know, as I shared in our last post, we are going vegan for the next 2 weeks. Getting to know what vegans eat, is quite interesting. The choice is actually quite big and super healthy. It’s day number 4 and I feel great. I will post only vegan recipes in the following days. I don’t know what will happen next, but I am seriously falling in love with veggies. There are a lot of things that actually convinced me to do this. Our health should be our first priority, and this is a good way to improve it. Eating that type of food, cuts the risk of having many types of cancer, diabetes etc. Sounds like you can live longer if you are vegan. People are always afraid that they won’t get the proteins they need if they stop eating meat, but they can actually get them only from plants. Also consuming dairy products is very dangerous.
