The brasserie restaurant, guoman tower hotel
It was great seeing my fellow foodies fall in love with the food and the chef at the Brassiere, Guoman Hotel. Me, well I was already hooked from my visit a year ago and it only got better. This time we came along to sample their new summer menu, which focuses on locally sourced, British food.
