15 minute chickpeas over rice
Inspired by dying street food of Turkey. Chickpeas over rice is sold from -once ubiquitous- mobile food carts. However the original is done with white Jasmine rice, I prefer to do it with brown rice. Nice and cheap for a quick lunch. It is so classic to eat it with traditional Turkish yogurt drink-ayran. <br />
