3 ingredients dessert! sugar - free dates, plantain and coconut  dish

Almost bland but yummilicious. Food for the body. The thing i enjoy about making this dish is, it is simple to make, plus plantain, coconut and dates together has nutrients the body needs. I can also drizzle pure maple syrup (unrefined sugar) on top if the body asks for it. Enjoy!
