Anchovy aioli

I created this as a dip to enjoy with the leaves of an artichoke while I was cooking the hearts into this artichoke and fava bean stew: http://food52.com/recipes/17732-artichoke-stew-with-bonus-appetizer. It is equally good on roasted sweet potatoes or cauliflower or spread on toast for a killer steak sandwich with arugula or similar.
