One of the most delicious surprises we lately had in our kitchen! Once again my guide was Yotam and his first book. But I love making my pies white flour and refined sugar free. So I have made my healthy alterations keeping it´s best taste and texture. Moist but light and fluffy, very Christmassy and delicious. Give it a try, you won´t regret :)
