with using the skills taught to me by one of my Culinary chef's - I've come up with my version of a yummy, tasty apple n cheese tart.... <br />a delicious tart w/a shortbread crust, cream cheese filling, slices of cinnamon-sugared apples & almonds. my family n friends love this one and I hope you do too..
