What to do with half a container of arugula??? Make some delicious spring pesto! <br /> <br />This is amazing smeared on some garlic toast, dolloped into a soup, spread in homemade pizza, great on grilled fish and vegetables and of course on pasta, it's my go to for cold pasta salad. <br /> <br />It also freezes really well in a container or ice cube tray for single servings.
