So I know that Avocado Toast is *trendy*, but this version is seriously good. It's inspired by Jessica Koslow's recipe in her cookbook Everything I Want to Eat, but adapted to be easier and more attainable. Oh, and you don't have to wait an hour and pay $10 or more for it at brunch.
