Banana nut chip cake

This recipe is over 30 yrs old. I believe it came from a cookbook collection as a charity fund raiser. This banana cake/bread gets rave reviews, great with coffee, or frozen for later. I have change the recipe to make 3 small loaves. Probably makes 10 or 12 slices/loaf. I have served for the original book, but I guess with the Navy moves from Virginia, to California, back to Virginia, and now in Kansas for 20 yrs, it may be somewhere lost in transit??
