I was thinking of new ways to make a simple pasta. Upon reading about herbs and spices, I came across this idea from Ian Hemphill. Interestingly enough, I had an Italian girlfriend in Seattle who added anchovy to everything against my wishes. Somehow, I grew to develop a taste for it. Try it out...
