My Polish grandmother taught me how to make these wonderful pillows of pasta filled with mashed potatoes and cheese. I've adapted her recipe slightly over the years to make the dough easier to work with, and I've used different fillings too. These have been a part of every holiday I can ever remember, and I've taught my daughter and her friends to make them now so she they can carry on the tradition. This is a recipe to make with your friends and then share the rewards!
