Breaded turkey meatballs

I remember my mom used to make these breaded meatballs. Other then the fact that they are super easy to make they are also so good even the day after. In fact, one of my favorite things about these meatballs is that I can slice them and place a piece of fresh buttered bread. YUM. These can be served plain or with sauce on them, at home we love them with mashed potatoes. The kids love them and if I had to use one word to describe them it would probably be "delight".
