Brunslis are among the four classic Swiss Christmas cookies in this snowy part of the world – alongside Zimtsterne (cinnamon stars, also German), Mailänderli (Milanese) and Chräbeli (anise cookies). The Brunsli are absolutely delicious with coffee, tea or even a glass of wine.
