This Recipe has been in our family for more than 150 years and has an interesting story. Passed down from my Grandmother who received it from her mother, (My Great Grandmother), to my Mother. <br />Our family always enjoys having a warm piece with coffee. It is so rich and moist that it usually never lasts more than overnight in our family. If you like fresh strawberries like I do, this cake, served warm with berries is a wonderful delight!
