How many times have I eaten blue cheese and apples and in how many combinations? And yet I had never thought of putting them together in a sandwich, wrapped with brown paper, to be eaten on a bench outside of King’s College while the choir practiced for the upcoming Christmas concert and the students rushed around in their robes. <br /> <br />Hardly a recipe here, but I’ll still share it. <br />
