Simple desserts shine when the fruit is in season. Since we are heading towards the tail end of winter, citrus is still abundant and all the more delicious because of it. The original recipe came from Nigel Slater and his wonderful book, 30 MINUTE PUDDINGS. I made adjustments, but he is my inspiration.
