Chocolate banana cookies

This was the result of a poorly stocked college kid's pantry, but, does it work. I've used this recipe with whole wheat flour and all purpose, and it turns out fine each time, just a bit texturally different. The banana is sweet so sugar can be adjusted too upon preferences. Oil can be substituted for butter and 2 oz of apple sauce can be substituted for the egg for a vegan friendly options as well.
