These Cinnamon Sugar Pizzelles were actually a failed attempt at making my cinnamon rolls. I doubled the recipe and the dough just didn’t work out… so I had the bright idea of thinning out the dough and making pizzelles. My dad just gave me his pizzelle maker and I’ve been dying to try some for quite some time. I was so excited and pleasantly surprised with how these turned out! The other amazing thing is you can make a lot of pizzelles from one batch of batter and they are super quick and easy to make. They make a great dessert item for those holiday parties.
