I love beets more than the regular beet lover (maybe.) And everything tastes good fried, right? Well, I had to try that hypothesis out with my favorite root vegetable. There's no need to spend the money on an expensive gourmet bag of Terra Chips. Make your own root and veggie chips at home. I promise it's not that hard, and if you've got a deep fryer, there should be nothing stopping you. Yes, this is a fried food, but pop in your movie and crunch away on these chips sprinkled with coriander and thyme salt. <br />
