Croque madame burger

This recipe puts the ham back in hamburger. Diced, cured and smoked pork shoulder (in all its fatty glory) mingles with ground beef to create thin, crusty patties. Now, drench this in creamy bechamel sauce, gooey Emmental cheese, spicy brown mustard, and a porn-worthy runny egg, slap it on a toasty bun and VOILÀ!
