My Dad loved to experiment with recipes. This is one we came up with together. It started with my apple kugel (kugel is noodle pudding, often served on Jewish holidays) recipe that my daughter loves, and progressed from there. Great for a side dish, breakfast, snack, dinner with a salad . . .
