Dark chocolate chip cookies

I was inspired to make a dark chocolate version of my own chocolate chip cookie recipe after seeing a salted dark chocolate cooke recipe on Bon Appetit's website. After a weekend of sickness forced me to delay recipe development, however, I no longer wanted the salty flavor and was just looking for mild sweetness. If you want to jazz these up, which I will do with some of the dough I saved and froze, sprinkle them with sea salt right before you bake! <br />
