Date and hazelnut focaccia
This recipe is based on Mrs. Wheelbarrow's excellent focaccia dough recipe.: https://food52.com/recipes/31712-mrs-wheelbarrow-s-focaccia-with-apricot-jam-caramelized-onion-and-fennel. The dates and cinnamon make it sweet but that gets balanced out by a generous sprinkling of maldon salt.
