This is the perfect breakfast; warm and comforting, creamy, packed with flavor and nutrients and oh-so-dreamy. If you've never tried amaranth before then this is the recipe for you. It's easy to make and I guarantee it'll become one of your new favorite breakfasts. <br />Although this is called porridge it's actually rather thin, but if you'd like it to be thicker add some rolled oats at the beginning of the cooking process. Either way I promise it'll taste great. <br />This can also be chilled and served as a dessert.
