Dr pepper brisket tacos

In Texas, we eat a lot of brisket. And we eat a lot of tacos. This combines the two in our state's classic dish, the brisket taco. Adding Dr Pepper to the pot only ups the Texas ante. This is an easy, no fuss brisket slow-baked with the traditional Texas soda and other spices, paired with cast-iron cooked onions and peppers, and wrapped up in a warm corn tortilla.
